Volume Sales Return Policy
When purchasing from our Volume Sales Department, please be aware of the following points:
  • We gladly accept all returns with the exception of personalized, embroidered, or screen printed merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all Volume Sales returns. Personalized, embroidered and screen printed merchandise cannot be returned.
  • You must contact the Volume Sales Department in order to make a return. Once your return is approved, the Volume Sales Department will provide a return authorization code. This code must accompany the merchandise.
  • All returned items must be in saleable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
